How it works
Three steps
Ring or text Daniel.
Tell him what’s wrong. If he can fix it from his desk, he’ll say so, and say what it costs.
Open the support app.
He’ll send you a link to his support app, from its maker’s own website. Download it, open it, and it shows a short code.
Read him the code.
He connects, you watch everything he does, and you can end it at any moment by closing the window. When he’s done, he disconnects and the code stops working.
Remote help is £15 a quarter hour, and it’s included in the monthly support plans.
