What it always keeps, and why

Needed for the website to work, or because you asked for them. Never used to track you.

• A booking you’re writing. While you fill in the booking form, your browser keeps a copy in that tab so a reload doesn’t lose it. It’s cleared when the booking is sent or the tab is closed.
• Your farm IT card. If you fill one in, it’s saved in your own browser so you can come back and print it. It never leaves your device.
• Spam protection. The booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check a real person is sending it. It’s loaded on the contact page only and isn’t used for advertising or tracking.
• Your cookie choices, if you make any, so the website remembers them.

That’s the lot. If optional services are ever added, they’ll be listed here and you’ll be asked first.
