Most IT firms make you ring for a price. Daniel puts his here, because the line on the van is We don’t milk it, and this is where you check.

    Includes the first hour on site. Most small jobs are done inside it.

  • Each hour after

    £55

    Charged by the half hour, agreed before the work starts.

  • Remote help

    £15

    Per quarter hour, while you watch. Only ever after you've rung him.

  • Travel

    Included

    Within 20 miles of Malmesbury and Chippenham. Beyond that, £0.45 a mile.

How the money works

Will the price change once you've started?

The price is agreed before the work starts. If a job turns out bigger than it looked, Daniel stops and asks before going on.

What about the kit?

Kit is charged at what Daniel pays for it plus a small handling charge, and you're welcome to buy it yourself if you'd rather.

What if it can't be fixed?

If something can't be fixed, you don't pay for the fixing, only for the visit.

How do I pay?

Invoices by email, paid by bank transfer within 14 days. No card fees, no surprises.

Is there VAT on top?

Prices shown are what you pay. Daniel is not VAT registered.

Am I tied in to anything?

No contracts. Monthly plans run month to month and stop whenever you say.

Not on the list?

Most jobs aren’t. Describe it, and Daniel will give you a price before he comes.
